[team33] PUM: Project plan + Meeting with Andreas

Hi all,
Me and Joachim have put togheter a body to finish for the project
plan. As I dond't know how many using the SVN yet I'll send it to
you all attached to this email. I ask everybody to have a look and
fill in what we need (see further down).
Meeting with Andreas:
1. He said that the req_spec looked good. He made some notes
for things he thought could be improved, I'll got the document at
my place right now (I'll bring it tomorrow). Some things: He said
we need to make up a fictive name for our project (togheter with
the other groups) + Add a more precise customer goal
But no revison is demanded from him.
2. Mostly we talked about the project plan, and got some quite
good answers. He said our decisions regarding what to use
from the guide and what to skip looked resonable. We are
planning to hand in some 20 pages.
What we would need right now: Under point seven (Time Plan)
we got some ideas for activities during the different phases we
saw as most natural to use. It would be great if all of u tries to
make a sound estimation of the time we need to spend per
person and activity. And if any more major activitys should be
added. I guess it all should sum up to something like 100 hours
per person.
Please write in separate textfiles or docs without headers and
souch. Any comments on anything are more than welcome!
Put it on the repository or send me an email (i00marla@xxxxxxxxxxxxx).
We'll try to have something close to what we should hand in
at wednesday.
Tomorrow: I guess we need to do some kind of sync with the
other groups regarding our milestones? And a fictive name for
the project (if not already existing).
