[team-oid] Starting Map creation

Hi,
it took a long time, but now it's seems to become true. :-D
After getting my Computer free from load, I will start creating new
single country maps, I think over night. I already created a set but
they were buggy and I have to tweak my scripts. Now the maps seem to
work. I will send a message when the maps are online.
