[team-oid] New single country maps online!

        Hi, 

        new single country maps are online now.
 THis set of maps are supporting the search index, which should
enable Mapsource to search for Orte/Cities. 

        Except check republic all maps should work. The check republic map
is created without this index. This will follow with one of the next
updates. 

        The europe maps are currently processing, so they will follow in a
few hours.
