[tccrockets] Painting Quantum tubing

I have usually just scuffed the tubing with a scotchbrite pad (grey) or with
320 grit. Then layed down some paint, if I thought of being creative then I put
down primer first them layed out the pattern first. What have you done in the
past when painting a project???
