I would say that if he wanted to hand off the project I will take time off
work to go pick up the trailer and parts. I would be in for a project like
that

Hey guys I could use some guidance.
Like most of us rocketry is in my DNA lol. With a lot of great help I
built a 22' long 12" diameter rocket capable of handling an "R" motor about
18 months ago. It is about 85% complete. Made out of G-12 fiberglass and
was mostly designed by someone with an aerospace engineering background.
Professionally painted and has a custom aluminum fin can designed and built
by Binder Design.
This rocket can handle an "R" motor without question.
I have 2 of John Demar's 8" complete motor casings along with enough
liners/sleeves to build I believe 4 "R" motors.
Along with this rocket is a professionally designed and built hydraulic
launch trailer. The trailer is from Odom which in Texas is the top of
trailer manufacturers.
Was considering selling all of this (and still am) but was also wondering
if there was a team willing to take this project on and take it to
completion. I would stay involved but the decisions would be made by the
team. Many of you are well-versed in the C3RC process and could be very
helpful in getting this rocket approved for flight.
This project has about $30k put into it. If time permits I may very well
finish the rocket and get the needed approvals but for now other priorities
take precedence.
If a team wanted to complete and fly this rocket I may give consideration
to donating the whole shooting match to the team because this rocket was
built to fly and not languish in my barn lol.
