Special thanks to Rod and Alice who manned the registration, got everyone
their shirts (including the special signature edition for the Marino
family), made one of the beat raffles ever,  pulled the trailer to and from
the launch site, and provided constant help on too many things to count!
AMW - Robert and Gloria, for keeping us all well fed with great food,
great rockets, all the latest CTI/AT motors, continual guidance for our
members and stellar support for the hobby and our club!
Gerald Meux, TRA president, for coming out and not only providing
exemplary RSO/LCO services all day on Saturday (in the 112 heat) but
constant amusement with some great humor :)
Aaron, Richard, Mike Smith, Brian, Gary, Bruce, Ben, Shawn, Jimmy, Tom,
Will, Ted, Greg, Chris, Steve, Matt, Kenny, and everyone else I may have
missed, thank you so much for your help and making this one of the best
Father’s day/DA weekends on record - James Marino would be proud!

As we discussed, we will be at LDRS in July, BALLS in September and will
pick up again in October with hopefully the best OS in a long time, stay
tuned for more details.
Have a great weekend everybody, I will update the site more in the week
ahead (it is down right now for cyber maintenance).
PS, please send me any links to pictures, videos, and especially Ted’s

certification flight today. It was a fair bit more hectic than I'd planned,
but I can't complain with the final outcome. Special thanks to John for the
last-minute event-saving idea to get a DMS motor and fly with that as well

I eagerly await my official L1 card and the next time I can come fly
with you all this fall. I have a lot to learn, but hopefully under more
relaxed conditions. 😉 Maybe next time I'll cut the delay grain correctly...
