I am not defending driving fast. it didn't seem all that fast. The new sway bar
makes SOOOOO much difference. A lot of the sqirreling around the road was just
gone.

There was one point in the Oklahoma mountains where I went around a slower car
and I may have gone faster than I ever have. Maybe I felt close to the sound
barrier. I did not like it at all and was happy to back it off once I was clear
of the guy in the Lamborghinni.

A mechanic once told me that when the engine is happy and is running in it's
potimum RPM, it will "sing". The stress, no lug. that was Murray on the way
home.

My quick calculations: With a stock .89 4th gear, a 4.12 ring & pinion with
stock size tires (27 1/4" diameter) and no redux boxes a bus would be traveling
at 88.57 mph at 4,000 rpms. Of course I will defer to engineer Will to check
my calculations.

Denis probably has slightly smaller tires and the answer would be a little
slower; but it's still to *)(^&(&^%$ fast for a bus.
