You are correct Dan, they key is a certain minimum number of NEATO members in
each chapter. Members do not have to own a split-screen Bus.

The way I read the NEATO website, split bus ownership is not a
requirement to be a NEATO member.
Or will that just be a requirement for Peter's Texas chapter?
