That's too many questions. I sprayed the RB on after wire brushing off the bigger rust parts and digging all the dirt out of the corners. It goes on very easily, it is a thin consistency but it seems to "flow" and spread out. RB requires a second coat within 4 hours that fills in the pinholes and leaves a smooth surface. It seems really hard, I'll bang on it tomorrow to check it's hardness.

OK, thanks to Brian I have gone to the rust bullet web site and am now up to speed on what rust bullet says about rust bullet. Does anyone out there have any good first hand knowledge on how good this stuff really is? How does it work after you lay some acrylic urethane paint on it? Or, lets say you cover a panel on the exterior with this stuff, then a thin layer of bondo for block sanding and/or some heavy fill primer to get the panel really straight then you lay down your color coat of acrylic urethane paint, what's the panel look like 5/10 years later?
