oh i just got through fixing the damn roof. now i have to paint the big
yellow spot in the ceiling. and i spray for termites. here is what i
recomend for that: VIPER, that works great. wasp drop from the sky when they
come in the house, and i haven't sprayed in over a month and they still are
dropping like rain drops, and it doesn't hurt the dogs.

no seriously. inorder to sign a first time homeowners loan that is a
assisted loan you have to take this stupid ass course that tells you how to
pay your bills. we've been paying bills and saving money for the past year
but for some reason they don't think we are capable of paying a home loan.
and the only day they had available is the 20th and we were told that we
have to sign this month so long story short i won't be making it to the
mountain home show. and what is real sad is hershey might could make it with
the progress i have been having. oh well i will drive it to credit counseling in north little rock.
