look it up on the samba, it sounds like it could be done but would be a real bitch to do. did you know that the first prototype for a synchro came out on a late bay. pretty crazy stuf eh.

My opinion is to leave it at stock ride height. Like you said, they are already top heavy and have plenty of ground clearance. If you want a bus to go offroading in then get a syncro. Hmmm, I wonder if there would be anyway to transplant a syncro drive train under a bay window???

muck. i ask because i have seen so many folks that have raised there bus but
i am concerned with the already top heavy vehicle being raised even higher
would cause not only handling issues but not really help it off road, i mean
it's already got some awesome ground clearance.
