that's what i got at startup yesterday afternoon is a big ol' puff of blue
smoke.

it doesn't smoke any other time and that was the first time i have ever seen it
do that at start up.

isn't that usually oil? where could it be coming from? what do i do? for surely
it isn't time for a rebuild. it only has 15-20k on the odometer (if not more) i
regurally change the oil (at least i'd like to think i do) and run the valves
every month.

other than that he is running great. i fixed his massive vacuum leaks and
adjusted his idle and timing, no more flat spot, no more popping or back firing
and when you hammer the throttle it actually responds for a change. i just am
nervous about that puff he let out yesterday afternoon.

oh, and he didn't do it this morning but it was a huge puff of blue smoke.
