Thanks Joe. Yes, it is a 2001 Cabrio. His name is Dunkel. The dealership had to do some "cleaning up" for me, but hopefully I will have him home this weekend. This is first car that I have ever bought in my own name. It feels really good. But I had forgotten about all the paperwork. Good lord, I signed my life away!!! Abby is still with us, she is probably going to be one of our daily drivers, since this new job of his is in a different part of town and we won't be able to car-pool anymore. If he doesn't feel like driving a car with teddybear rims, I will drive her and he can drive Dunkel. At least I stayed in the VW family.
