Circle the Wagen, your favorite "buddy/road-trip/docu-dramedy" about the
vintage Volkswagen subculture, makes its TEXAN PREMIERE at the prestigious
AUSTIN FILM FESTIVAL. +PRE-SCREENING VINTAGE VW SHOW!
Starting at 11am, on Saturday, Oct 26th, the parking lot to the Galaxy
Highland 10 Theatre, will open for our pre-screening vintage VW show(FREE
admission)! We are confirming a few particulars right now, but there will
be a huge turn-out of vintage VWs (beaters & rust-buckets to
pageant-winners & trailer queens), Circle the Wagen merch, along with Dave
(main subject of the documentary), Charlie (his co-pilot), & the film's
director, Ryan Steven Green! (a few other surprises guaranteed!)
WHEN: Saturday, October 26th
-SCREENING AT 3pm
-pre-screening vintage show starts at 11am!

HOW MUCH MONIES: Austin Film Festival sells tickets two ways:
1) you can buy a single ticket to the film of your choice the day of the

CIRCLE THE WAGEN: follows Dave, an idealistic adventurer and automotive
ne’er-do-well, and his convivial co-pilot Charlie—on their journey down
Route 66 in a baby blue 1972 VW bus. Through mishaps and murals, gasoline
baths and breakdowns, the two discover a teeming underground of vintage VW
diehards willing to help save “The Croc” from the scrap heap and rally her
beleaguered owner on to California.
