Single Port for the "look" but Dual Port's breathe better.  But the 1500SP
worked fine in that combination.  Just make sure you balance the rotating
assembly and you'll be fine.  The Split case is vintage but nobody is doing
a 100 point show inspection on that.  Otherwise you'd be looking for a 36HP
engine.   4.12 R&P with the later big nut 1.26 Redux boxes will get you down
the road fine.

Try a barndoor with the Kubel RGBs and a Judson sometime if you want to hear
and engine whine.
