I think I saw that on thenews today, some VW Bus honking their horn as they
drove thru Austin,...and to think all along it was Donner!

Sounds like it's a bad/loose ground somewhere.
All the horn does, when you push the horn button is complete the
ground/circuit.

So, something is going on most likely in your ign switch/steering column,
so when you push on your horn you comeplete the ground for your ignition as
well.

Does it ever stop when you are just sitting still?  If not, points to
something being jiggled when movingdown the road...or a gremlin...probably
hanging out with the mice eating those cheese puffs down in Donner's
heater...
