I know that everyone with freak out when I say acetone, but soak a towel with it and scrub your hands hard. It will kill you, but you may get clean before you die. Honestly, though, scrub and then use a lanolin hand cleaner. It took off Rust Bullet, but then Rust Bullet is better than POR-15 ( here we go again with which is better)
