Cruise -
Spotters - need 4
~ 1 ½ prior to cruise start time,
keep the road from getting blocked, getting folks to start the line up
at the park entrance and on the grass. aka- keep steve from going ballistic
before the cruise ; )

BBQ Servers -need lots
45min prior to dinner time, need to bring a cap and wear it while serving,
you also get to eat first!

- several
take photo of registration # and vw, download photos to laptop for
awards ceremony, bring your camera's cord for usb port download
a person with a laptop to download all photos for Tyler
