[tcb] VW Rabbit question

The alternator on my fan shroud is from a Rabbit years 72 to 74.Any one know 
where to get parts for them.I need the actual armature  and shaft part.Also did 
they make a rabbit in 72? I ask Bernie BERG MANN REG GUY WHO MADE THE SHROUD 
SAID THATS WHAT HE USED/
