Me thinks you are on the right track.  It's the carb.  Don't like the 
difference on that one cylinder but 130 should work just fine.  Should not be 
causing your problem.

Cold compression

1 -- 150
2 -- 130 (something going on here)
3 -- 155
4 -- 150

all the push rods are in the sockets. Rockers move in and out fine.

Points have a little pitting but not horrible.
