Ok, somebody send me a new (non Brosol) 30PICT carb. That's all that is left
to swap out. I can only keep the motor turning by furiously pumping the gas.
Idle cutoff works. Carb dismantled and cleaner sprayed through all jets.
Pissing me off at this point.
