I think I fixed it, I loosened the nut on the side of the throttle lever and it seems to pull back up into position. It's really odd though I don't know how this could have happened, I havn't touched anything on the carb. I think I need to replace the throttle pedal cable but it'd still stick if I pulled on the lever myself with my hand. I guess if it starts acting up again I'll just have to really get into it and figure it out, but I think I solved it for now. I'll buy a heaftier return spring before the cruise up to the classic and take it with me just in case.
