It's hard to get motivated to do anything that is non airconditoned when it
is around 100 degrees.
Spending 8-16 hours is not a lot of fun in an old bus,or even in a new bus.
Pb was not as raucous as in the past but still great fun.I think pb needs a
change.it is a major trip for a one day party.So that having been said I think
Denis should consider tieing it in with Eureka Springs show.Maybe start pb
after the show on sat. then people can drive home with a hangover on sunday.
Hell, We're all getting older but that hasn't stopped anything.

I like our group of "strange people". I think it is partly the economy(not
gonna get political on here...it's a no-no), and partly because it has been so
hot this summer. 100-110 degrees is horrible to work in. Mark has been really
trying to stay hydrated while working outside, but he is so tired at the end of
the day. Maybe Fall will hurry up and get here and we will be down in the 80s

There has been almost no traffic here on the list, and although I had a
wonderful time and, financially, it was a great success, attendance was pretty
light at Psycoblooie, I am wondering if the whole vintage VW thing is slowing
down.
I guess people are hurting with the economy, kids, and for some of us, health
problems and old age are making it harder for us all to get together, we don't
have the money or the time to keep our vehicles on the road like we used to.
Some of us are even needing to sell our cars, since they are a side interest
and not a core necessity.
I guess some of us are on facebook now. I am on it, but I don't think I like it.
I am still here.
