Welcome to the 8th annual Transporters at the Point.This year we are honoring
some of our VW Hero's , Larry Parrott, Allen ,Beverly and Kenny Flentge and
Thor Martin.Our theme is "All our Hero's drove Volkswagen's"
Thank you all for being here and your continued support of Lois's and myself
shows /camp outs.
NO WOOD OR GROUND FIRES/CHARCOLE ,ABOVE GROUND COVERED
Tuesday ;early arrival
Wed.: more early arrivals
Thursday :more early arrivals
Friday:chili cook off at 7:00 bring your entries to the table under the tree.no
non chili based food items will be judged
Saturday :10:30 am start lining up for the Cruise to Moody for lunch at the
French Quarter Restaurant.
2:00 kids games ,followed by the kids raffle, (pinata , coloring )
2:00 Wack Off Contest (golf driving event, Thanks Chuck)donations to hit x
amount of balls, it was a blast last year
5:00 The Thor Martin Memorial BBQ provided by Post
7:00 or earlier The Almost Famous Auction with Wine and Cheese also a surprise
auctioneer this year
After the auction time to chill and hang with Friends
Sunday : 7:00 am Breakfast provided by Post
please have your ballots in by 10:00 am ,
11:00 Award celebration and raffle
after the awards it's always nice to line everyone(bus) up for a group picture
Drive safely going home.and hope to see you next year
