Yeah, I forgot I was dealing with such a far spread club. But constitutional 
complications make it all easier in the long run. In any case, nevermind.

Detailed draft?  Constitution?  WAY too complicated !  But, yeah, the distance 
between us all would make it too complicated...
It is a great idea, just logistically difficult...

  It's totally there. That's why you draw up a detailed draft. Like a 
constitution of what becomes of the tools ever after. I would say donate when 
we are all painted up, but I totally forgot we all live far apart anyway. This 
will never work. Texas is so pick up trucky that we cool V-Dub people are 
scattered to the four winds. This ain't Frisco. It was doomed from the start.

Tried the 'community'owned tools/motors/parts once upon a time...it ended 
badly...the tools tended to 'stay' at one person's garage and after a while, he 
seemed to think they were his...same with the 'community' motor and parts...the 
premise was that when someone needed parts or tools, etc, they would always be 
available (with the parts being replaced at some point by the person who had 
needed them)...problems soon arose...not sayin' that would happen here, but the 
potential is there...
