The clear packaging tape was an evolutionary idea...it doesn't show near as
much as duct tape. It also stick much better if you put it on before it starts
to rain. I have driven cross country a couple time in a bus with safaris. You
learn these things on trips like that. Great memories!

I have Izzys and I really do love them. They are spectacularly impractical.
They do leak, but way less than others I have seen. The clear packing tape is
an excellent idea. after driving my bus for 6 years suffering in the heat if I
didn't take the panel off of the overhead, cracking the safaris an inch or so
is fabulous. By the way my overhead leaks a bunch more.

i'm going to use the seals they offer, i had also read on TS that there
were better seals, but i figured i'd give these a shot first. Also, i would
recommend ordering these windows well before you need them as there was a long
wait, although he said that they have finally caught up and have some ready.
When ever i get around to installing them i'll take lots of pix and post
them.

    thanks,

    Hi Jeff,

I have been reading about IZZ's safari windows on Samba cause I'm gonna buy
a set for the first time. Can you tell me the website? Also what seals are you
going to use?
    Thanks!
