[tcb] Rat Bastard Weathermen!

We canceled a camp out due to a craptacular weather forecast, 70%
chance of rain, totals of near a 1/2 inch for Friday evening, Saturday
and Sunday. I put the local weather on the DVR all weekend. Watched the
recording on fast forward, from 5 pm friday until 5 pm on sunday, it
rained in Boliver for about 20 min. friday evening around 7 pm. The
whole rest of the weekend the radar showed NO RAIN in Boliver. What the
hell!
