Well, my oldest son and I finally got the fuel tank in.  In a DC the neck is 
awfully shallow but after some welding on the neck (new piece) and a few water 
tests... No leaks..

I also rejetted the carbs and recurved the MSD distributor.  Note:  If you have 
an MSD in your bus, recurve it.
