Dealing with Bureaucrats day in and day out makes one grouchy! I apologize but
also rolling the bus off a cliff is also a good idea.
Since it is Friday, I'll tell you one place where your taxpayer dollars are

That in and of itself isn't a bad thing right? They're now installed.
"Now that we have the displays, what are we going to put on them?"
Does anybody see a problem with this? So now we have 20 displays, installed
with nothing on them while people try to figure out what they should put on
them.
