Technically Fed Ex isn't "mailing." Only at the USPS can you "mail"
something.

Nothing worse than Dan and Kat not coming to Eureka Springs.
I, apparently and subconsciously, have been holding Dan's sunglasses for
ransom. He says that he and Kat are not coming to ES. I haven't mailed his
sunglasses to him so that he will have to come and get them. I know that,
even complaining, most of you will end up coming up here for ES and you are
all welcome to my house for whatever; camping, party, free parking. It was
Kat's idea to have a party here on Saturday night, after the awards, but she
isn't coming! A party without Kat! Inconceivable! A party without Dan, who
is gonna be in charge?!
So, I have Dan's glasses and his and Kat's gifts from Costa Rica all packed
up in a greasy KFC biscuit box and am on my way to Fed Ex. Should I mail
them (he really needs them to drive up here, he's got little beady sensitive
eyes. He'll have to use emergency back ups from the Dollar Store), or should
I make them promise to come up here if I mail the biscuit box? Or should I
mail them and know that the party will be an empty event without her
strobelight and his F#@%* lazer beam headlight
