Way to go.I quit about 25 years ago.Still think about lighting up every now and
then.No sermon here ...... but..... Portions,count carbohydrates and exercise(
by exercise I mean walk acouple of miles a day) you don't have to join Gold's
or anything like that., all three I feel are the key to better health.It lowers
your castoroil level , triglycerides and your blood sugar... All three are what
works against your heart.If you need to know about the alternative ?I'll show
you my chest.
