That's my heartburn (along with my meds) that they always talk about retro.

The new Beetle?  A Golf with funny fenders but it's retro... yeah, that's it.. 

That's what's funny, there's multiple cars now built on the platform
concept.  Not just from one manufacturer but multiple now.  So you get a VW on 
a Chrysler chassis.

It will rust out in three years and will depreciate faster than a V10 Ford 
Pickup.
