[tcb] Re: Need to borrow a 12V Flywheel

Well the truth has been revealed!
I took the motor back out last night and it appears I need to do just a little
more grinding, but the "good" news is that the flywheel was a 6V (the one I
took out originally). So I took out the starter too, and low and behold it's a
6V too.
So I put the starter up to the new flywheel and the teeth don't want to mesh...
So I guess that's why it didn't want to engage the motor!
I just ordered one of those SR17X auto stick starters (you don't have to deal
with the bushings).
We'll see what happens then!

I did all this when I put in the 12v flywheel but I left the starter motor
on and used it to turn the motor and do the cutting.
