My 67 has seat belt anchors for the front seats and the z-bed seats.

I believe all of them have the captive nuts on the top of the fender well and in the middle of the panel behind the seat.
I have seen them in campers that did not have seat belts installed.
Big ole 17mm nuts welded to the otherside of the sheetmetal.
