Duncan, You forgot the part about getting some on your skin, and then having to
wear gloves for 3 months because nothing would wash it off...(not that it
happened to me)

Weird stuff. Drys like a plastic.
Remember its just me and myself in the garage so having said that, here's how I
approached it in the luggage area of the Ghia (semi offlist topic):
Surface was soda blasted off and good, clean metal was painted with Rustoleum
primer. If the surface rust pitted the metal, I covered with POR-15. Rusted
through metal will be replaced via welding.
Is this how others do it?
