What in the world would we do without the entertaining world of Denis? Secret
on brakes: Only disassemble and reassemble one side at a time so if you can't
figure out where something goes you can always go look at the other side to see
how it is done. Course, in Denis's case the other side was probably done wrong
in the past and this trick won't work.

brake shoes with the springs on the outside of the shoes, the spring tension
pulls the springs out, away front the backing plates and when you drive the bus
the shoes rub against the drum and it sounds like the entire suspension is
broken and may fall off at any time?

  Did you know that?

  Freakin' Brian!

Stephan Brennan is local up here and is, apparently, a spy for Brian. Chuck
worked on my headlights and, apparently, didn't tighten the screw holding the
light in the bucket, apparently. I went to a meeting of the Volksmeisters at a
coffee house and Stephan was apparently told by a guy there, Jack, apparently,
that my headlight was hanging from a wire. It was. I screwed the screw, put the
headlight in and everyone had a big laugh about how was I going to blame that
on Brian. OK, here goes.

Apparently, Chuck was distracted by Brian taking about counting splines and
lost his concentration, apparently. Chuck is a good man, bless his heart, can
only think and do one thing at a time and was thinking about counting splines
while he was working on my headlights, apparently.

I'm not sure Stephan even owns a VW at his time. That is apparently the case,
apparently.

Was it Chuck's fault that your headlight almost fell out today or are you
blaming Brian as well? The guy that saw it is Jack.
