Hi Dennis,
If the grey rubber trim piece on your mirror is still plyable and not too dry, 
then a fix will be easy.  Just remove the trim, remove the broken mirror, and 
have another piece cut to fit.  Make sure to use glue that is for mirrors and 
adheres to metal as well.  Put the trim back on and you're back in business.  
If your rubber trim is not good, then I know one of the companies in CA makes a 
good replacement.

Can glass/mirror shps cut new mirror to go in my elephant ear mirror? Mine 
cracked. I don't see a reason to buy a whole new mirror if a shop can just 
cut me a new piece of glass.
