In a nutshell, you put up a bond with an insurance
company, the DMV sends you the bonded title, after (I
think) 2 to 3 years, you get the regular title...
Good process if you're gonna keep the vehicle, might
be messy if you're gonna flip (no worries there!)...
Its been too many years since I had to go that
route...
