[tcb] I think I'm out too for PB (What ever number it is...) I, II, III, IV

Having some problems with my Carburetor , I bought a new one, just got it in, I 
am going to try and install it this weekend. 

Question: In installing the Pict 34 , do I just install it and that's it or Do 
I need to fill it up with gas first or will the engine turning over do the job?

Where's Bob?
