large concrete slabs going in next to 7, what appears to be a new rail line being built and what appears to be a large concrete building being built on the south side of 7. I stopped in Marguez and asked the clerk, a little lady who appeared to be about 70 and would know everything about anything in the area, what the construction project was. She said no one knew but it was supposed to employ a lot of people when completed. She sounded like it was a secret that none of the locals had an answer for.
