A power line fell near my house and the volunteer fire guys raced out here and
Howie scared them. No biting, just fierce barking. They called the Sheriff. You
saw how mean he was with your kids. But he can be frightening.

“vicious animal”. The judge said that he would expect to see a tiger in his
court before he’d see a Walker Hound. “Not known to be a vicious animal”. He
had seen him in the parking lot. He said my job was to keep him away from
people who “cause him trouble”. He reduced his (my) fine from $564 to $364 so,
“I’d remember”. And the other $200 was suspended.
