[tcb] How do I remove the frames from my popout windows?

Okay I am ready to have my 23 Window blasted this weekend and I think it would
be a great idea to remove the laminate Sigla glass from all of the pop out
frames so those can be blasted as well.
So how do I go about removing said frames from the glass? Are there rivets
holding them in? Is this something a novice should try at home?
