ON the way down to San Antonio we helped a guy with a 64 Vert who ran out of gas.  Anyway, I took him to the next exit just south of Waco.  I filled the Excursion up.  THe card stopped at 75 bucks.  I had to run it again.. 75 more bucks..

The truck was just below full on the gauge.  I'm still on that tank, let's see 740 miles and counting.

Sice I didn't want to pull my usual stunt of running out of gas 400 feet short of my goal, I stopped for gas at a Shell North of Ft. Smith.
 
$3.53. I about went inside to slap somebody. I bought 3 gallons.
