[tcb] Help locating a VW guy

A few years ago at Fredericksburg I met a young man who is a watch repairman or
watch maker. I had a card from him but can't find it anynore. Anyway, my
father in law is retiring after being a watch maker for 60 years and would like
to pass on his repair parts. I've got photos but basically there are 10
cabinets full of everything you need from gears to movements.
If anyone knows him please have him contact me.
