I may be wrong, but I believe the inner part is still steel, the same as the 
others, it's just the outer part that's billet. Check that before dropping $50.

What about a billet pulley? ?Austin VeeDub stocks it and says they are much 
better than stock. ?A bit pricey at $50 but maybe worth it.

Carry a extra throttle cable.I broke one two years in a row in Muskogee OK. I 
figured i'd either carry a spare or change routes to Eureka Springs.I think Dan 
broke one somewhere and it helped him out.
