Sweet looks like I will be doing brakes. Other than changing my shifter the
trans works fine I was just told that it was a good idea that to upgrade
the trans. I have only owned a bug or two and a fastback in the past this
63 single cab was a dream for a long time.

I would be interested in hearing more about your experiences with disc
brakes. I am also looking to install disc brakes on the front to help with
the RV trailer I pull. The older I get the less I care about 'keeping it
real' and the more about safety & comfort.
