I'm waiting til next year when everything is done and perfect. Plus, I still
haven't had the chance to fix the brakes on the vanagon. Lost the brakes coming
home from the TX Classic. Made for an interesting drive!!!

I can do the enchiladas like we do for my friends Mexican family
which is huge- I'll bring the stuff to cook them on there and if we don't want
to do it that's ok. It will be an option. Not too difficult, you'll see.

Several of you great people have asked what to bring.
Foodwise, I think that we will plan on everybody getting here and then going
food shopping. You are sweet to want to bring prepared food, but I think there
may be ALOT of people here, you never know, so cheese enchiladas for 50 people
may be a bit much to make down there, keep refrigerated and shlepp al the way
here.
So, everybody bring what you personally need, like lawn chairs, for instance,
and bring an extra one for the people who forgot theirs.
I need an extra brain and 24 hours of sleep.

I was thinking of bringing like potato salad, broccoli salad, baked beans.
My best friend is Mexican, we are always making huge dishes or Mexican food,
I could bring rice and beans already made they keep well, and make the cheese
enchiladas there, and guacamole, we could buy tamales.
You prob already have plans but I want to help so don't to just come.

I'll try to call today but you can be thinking about it. I think you should
be giving a list of stuff for everyone to bring. A veritable Smorgasbord.
