It's a bad deal all the way around.The year Ennis was on top of T@P We had more
busses than they had total entries.The last time they were the same week as
Borne had way more entries than Ennis.I personally don't think either show will
be hurt by the other.Used to be a load of people coming from Austin and San
Antonio area to Ennis and like wise DFW area to Borne ,but that just doesn't
seem to happen anymore.The two Houston shows last week end is another weird
deal to me, Both shows were excelent, nice crowds at both but not too many of
the same cars at either.Go figure.Let me tell you... it ain't easy being in the
middle of three major population areas and getting people to travel to an
event.To me events in these huge towns should be drawing 100"s of cars from
just their area.Steve and Sharon have proven it can be done.I like any VW
gathering ,doesn't matter to me where ,who or whatever puts it on ,if at all
possable
