Yes,Bluebus does have a working E brake.It does not have paint but it will
stop.

Denis: While you got the drum/s off on the rear repairing the brakes why
don't you just fix the e-brake. There may come a time in the future when you
need it. That's why it's called an "emergency" brake and not a "park" brake.
Besides, if you worded it just right I bet Chuck would come up and help you.
Heck, I bet Chuck has an e-brake on the blue bus when he gets her going.
