That sounds a lot easier. Since I am a devout convenience enthusiast I'll try that instead : ) James DAC TCB '59 23 Window Deluxe '73/'77 Westfakia '78 Super Vert ________________________________ From: Lonnie & Bonnie <bergmanfamily@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, July 20, 2012 12:14 PM Subject: [tcb] Re: Does anyone have a brake pedal pushrod they want to sell? I had a similar problem on my '61. I used a couple of washers and spaced the master cylinder back slightly. ________________________________ From: James Dwan <james_dwan_2000@xxxxxxxxx> To: "tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" <tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Fri, July 20, 2012 11:32:53 AM Subject: [tcb] Does anyone have a brake pedal pushrod they want to sell? The brake lights on my '59 are staying on and flickering while I drive. There is almost no pedal play so I am thinking I need to grind down the pushrod per many Samba posts I have read. Mine is adjusted all the way in, so I am thinking it's the master cylinder (unknown brand). Anyway, I'd like to get another one to grind down and keep this one in tact.
